The Reason You Will Not Be Forgiven

You must learn to forgive, if not, you will not be forgiven

Let me first of all thank God for my life, your life and that of the whole world, because when there's life, there is hope. "Father I thank you not just for life, but for everything."

My beloved family in Christ Jesus, I have a message for you, from God's word, and I would love to say that:

"Before you address others, make sure you are well dressed."~Joseph Edem Bassey 💐

In life, I have been made to understand the saying that "To err is human and to forgive is divine." Indeed no one is above mistakes, as all have sinned and come short of even God's glory. You and I are not exempted even if we claim to be better, God sees the heart and as we all know, He is a righteous judge who will reward us according to our thoughts, words and actions. Therefore, seeing your good side doesn't guarantee that your bad side isn't seen. In my book, "The Eyes Of The Almighty by Joseph Bassey" there was an eye that saw the activities that wasn't seen by any mortal man, though they were thought not to be seen. At the end, the evil that a young man did, returned to him, notwithstanding if anyone saw when he did it.

You may be living without the consciousness of God even as a Christian, and you have committed so many atrocities, thinking that no one saw you; especially the ones in your heart. My dear friend, you will not escape it if you don't let go.

The question is, "What are you letting go?" The scripture says:

"St. Matthew 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
St. Matthew 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

Well, everything is plainly written out; you must let go of the sins of others, so God will set you free from that of yours. Jesus paid the price to set you free, but you have a part to play if you must be free indeed; that is to free others from your mind of all the wrongs they did to you, including the ones you did to them.

We should learn from these words of Jesus Christ, which He practically proved to us by substituting Himself to bear the consequences of our sins, just to set us free from the bondage of sins.

If you are holding that person who hurt you so much, you are hurting yourself as well; forgive that person, so you will also be forgiven. Unforgiveness is unforgivable, if not forgiven: therefore, the need to forgive others is being emphasized, if you must be forgiven by God.

No one should claim never to have hurt anyone, because we have all hurt someone in someway; so forgive and be forgiven. Even if you don't want that union, just let go of that person from your heart. Tell someone, "I forgive you" if not, God won't forgive you.

"If I ever offended you, please forgive. If you ever offended me, I forgive you."~JB💐

May God forgive us all as we forgive others in Jesus name. God bless you 🙏
