Learn To Mind Your Own Business

Learn to mind your own business in life.

There are people who think it's impossible to live a day without involving in other people's businesses. Well, you can actually do so by minding your own business.

Nowadays, it is very common to find people who are rather interested in issues that don't concern them; gossipping and backbiting.

But God has been faithful, merciful and gracious, not minding our weaknesses, but giving us the strength to stay alive.

Minding Your Own Business

Today I want to share a message from my very recent experience, but before I continue, let me say that:

It is better to mind your own business because life on Earth is too busy for you to become a busybody.

It is so unfortunate that many business men and women in the world have left their businesses for other people's businesses, thereby steering up strife and envy instead of focusing on their businesses.

While in town with my uncle's wife, I observed that we have people of different ranks; both lower and higher.

Certainly these ranks cannot be truly determined by facial look, neither by wears but by worth.

Just like the number line; it is either positive or negative. When it is positive; it will rank high, but when it is negative; it will rank low.

The higher the positive impact of your business, the higher your rank in life while the higher the negative impact your business produces, the lower your rank.

So you are either ranking higher or lower because the middle man is no man (0).

Learn To Mind Your Own Business

While in town, I saw a young girl who was in the body business, telling her customer to pay before service.

I was surprised at her and began paying attention to their discussion, wondering how she was enjoying such a life and wasting her time, to realize that I left my own affairs to analyze on another person's life.

Then I got to understand that in life, people who rank high are always prone to looking down on those that are low. They forget that those higher will do same to them.

 In the process came the words of Jesus as He did addressed a similar case in the past. He said;

"Judge not, that ye be not judged.

For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye." (Matthew 7:1-5).

Why You Should Mind Your Own Business

This message came directly through God's spirit, making me to see my wrongs and the need to search myself and mind my business.

By so doing, I will be able to see the problems I have, solve them, so as to be able not only to single out the problems of others, but to help find a lasting solution to them.

Therefore, minding your own business helps you to improve yourself to the required standard for imitation.

It also aids personal growth and establishment in your area of discipline.

How To Mind Your Business As A Believer

To mind your own business as a believer, don't make the unbelievers a subject matter because it will be a waste of time.

Instead, examine yourselves as the manager of God's business on earth and get to know if you are actually in the faith, before you look at helping those that aren't in the faith.

Leave the post of pretence and be genuine in your business with God. If not, you will surely gain lost instead of profit.

The time you have on Earth is for you to work out your salvation and not that of another person.

People will always learn better, when you have a good example to show. Work on yourself, because you may be the example they want to see for them to learn to be better people.

Don't go after changing others, focus on being better; those who need the change will learn to change when you have changed, yourself.

In conclusion, learn to mind your own business and on a daily basis.
